L.B. Plastics has been working closely with those involved in education – architects, local authorities, engineers and contractors – since the 1970s, designing windows and curtain walling systems specifically for schools.
Many of the systems installed to replace failing steel, aluminium and timber structures are still delivering excellent performance after 25 years. Even before sustainability was in vogue, Sheerframe was providing long-life, low maintenance frames that delivered excellent thermal efficiency which had been used alongside some of the most innovative energy efficient projects in the UK.
